2020 - The future is here

More than 250 Insurance Advisors learned about new market challenges during the business conference titled “2020 - The future is here”, which was held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Filoxenia Conference Center in Nicosia. The highly successful conference was addressed by Mr. Panicos Nicolaou, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of Cyprus Group, and Mr. Louis Pochanis, Executive Director Insurance Business.

During his speech, Mr. Avraam Pekris, EuroLife General Manager, said: “The road to happy customers passes through them feeling satisfied that they have received privileged, special service. The conference dealt with issues generally relating to the insurance advisor profession, and was addressed by Mr. Savvas Kkolos, EuroLife Learning and Development, Mr. Kyriakos Hadjistefanou, Life Insurance Agent (Member of MDRT), and Mr. Naji Haddad, Financial Advisor and MDRT Zone Chair.

Participants found the presentation by Mr. Eszylfie Taylor, president and founder of Taylor Insurance and Financial Services in California to be particularly interesting. The presentation described ways to improve the market and focused on problem solving. To this end, Mr. Taylor used his personal successes and failures as teaching tools to help launch “The Taylor Method”, a sales process for financial advisors.
