See life again at EuroLife’s new customer service offices!

EuroLife’s new, impressive customer service offices in Nicosia are ready to welcome the company’s customers and all those who want to redesign their future with optimism!

Media representatives were the first to be given the opportunity to visit Eurolife’s new customer service offices. On Thursday, April 26, EuroLife opened its doors only to people from the media so that they could see and tour the area which has become the workplace of 40 insurance advisors from three Nicosia branches.

EuroLife’s promise of a new, unique customer experience would not be complete if it did not include the material environment in which customers and insurance advisors can communicate, work together and find solutions.

Thus, new spaces are made up of a modern, newly-built building that is dominated by light and simple lines, a design that harmoniously combines glass, wood and metal, open space offices, multi-dimensional meeting rooms, lounges, teleconference facilities, top technology and digital infrastructure, and a cafeteria featuring a children’s playground.

Mrs. Artemis Pantelidou, the company’s General Manager, said: “We are very happy we will be welcoming our customers in our new customer service offices because these are an accurate reflection of what EuroLife represents today: power and security, freshness and optimism, and a human, experiential customer approach. This way we can plan their future together on the best possible terms. To see life again together!”

The new offices are part of EuroLife’s development strategy, which includes renewal of building infrastructures, the introduction of new services, digitization and technological upgrades as well as education and training of insurance advisors and staff. Similar offices will follow in every city in Cyprus.

The development program treasures EuroLife’s leading role over the next decade in a market that is predicted to radically change as a result of intense technological and demographic developments.
