Transfer of Eurolife Portfolio “Kyprou Zois”
Eurolife Ltd. has decided the transfer of its portfolio of insurance policies administered under the trade name “Kyprou Zois” in Greece, , to the company NN Hellenic Anonymous Life Insurance Company (“NN Hellas”).
For the purposes of this intended transfer, an actuarial report has been prepared by an independent actuary, in which it is noted that the said transfer does not substantially or negatively impact in any way, any owner and/or insured of an insurance policy. The report, as well as a summary of the report, are published below for your information.
